Inclement Weather Policy
Central Oregon has over 300 days of sunshine a year, but we do get snow! In the event that there is inclement weather that prevents us from reaching your place, we will call to re-schedule as soon as possible.
Cleaning cancellation policy
Scheduled appointments can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance for free. Same day cancellations will result in a $25 service fee.
